What is the history/purpose of your organization, in one sentence?
HRS is a for profit full service real estate development company that specializes in supporting the unique residential housing needs of urban and distressed housing markets.
What do you do at your organization?
My focus is creating public and private partnerships throughout Michigan that support the individual needs of each market. This builds upon the foundation HRS built through successfully complete HUD’s Neighborhood Stabilization Programs (NSP I & II) in 15 communities – building new housing, managing demolition where required, rehabilitating, and selling more than 200 homes.
