Administrative Assistant at The Michigan Historic Preservation Network (MHPN)


The Michigan Historic Preservation Network (MHPN) has an immediate need for a dynamic, energetic and detail oriented Administrative Assistant.  The Administrative Assistant will assist the MHPN Executive Director, and perform specific activities including but not limited to; basic book keeping, meeting and event planning, event set-up, grant reporting, filing, copying, phone coverage and miscellaneous clerical duties and special assignments.  The position is a 30 hour per week work week, from 9:00am-3:00pm, five days per week.


Preferred Qualifications:

High School diploma
Three years of related administrative experience in organization(s)
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
