2021 Small Town and Rural Development Virtual Conference

The annual Michigan Small Town & Rural Development Conference is going virtual! Join us April 13-14, 2021 to learn how rural communities and small towns are continuing to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, addressing broadband connectivity, food access, and more. 

Whitney Kimball CoeWe are excited to announce Whitney Kimball Coe, director of national programs at the Center for Rural Strategies, will be our opening keynote speaker to kick off the conference Tuesday afternoon. The day will continue with breakout sessions, the annual Pitch Competition, as well as a special networking event. The conference continues on Wednesday with additional breakout sessions and the announcement of the winner of the pitch competition. 

This conference is geared toward those working in and on behalf of small or rural communities in Michigan and is hosted by the Rural Partners of Michigan.
