- You are a nonprofit organization or governmental department doing community-based economic development in a Michigan neighborhood, city or county (this includes CDCs, neighborhood organizations, main street programs, social change organizations, community engagement organizations, human development organizations and more – pricing depends on budget and government/nonprofit status)

**Under our new dues structure as of 2013, organizations are billed according to budget size.
- Small budget: annual operating budget $0 – $250,000
- Medium budget: annual operating budget $250,001 – $1M
- Large budget: annual operating budget $1,000,001+
***Government/quasi-governmental agency: Government agencies or sub-units and quasi-government entities involved in community based economic development (Downtown Development Authority, assessment districts, public housing authorities, landbanks and other entities)
